Currently I am the Leader of the Junior Syndicate

I am allocated 2 Permanent Management Units

I am part of the Leadership Management Team with the principal and deputy principal

Syndicate Leader 2016

This role involved:

• Leading Syndicate meetings with an agenda and minutes
• Delegating responsibilities as required
• Supporting the team in following the School Curriculum Plan
• Providing induction for new staff
• Camps, EOTC, field trips, sports days, whole school curriculum days, fun events
• Communication with parents through the school website, Facebook page and newsletters
• Travel organisation
• RAMs forms
• eTAP
• Budgets
• Promotion at school assemblies

Tutor Teacher and Associate Teacher

I have been a tutor teacher and associate teacher for many years.  Last year I mentored two beginning teachers together.

I support beginning and student teachers with:

• Induction
• Advice and Guidance Programmes
• Observations and critical feedback
• Gathering evidence for the Registered Teachers Criteria
• Planning and assessment checks
• Employment seeking 
• Collegial support
